HOW DO I RETURN?
- Please enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return or exchange
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved. Please note approval may take up to 2 business days and does not affect your statutory rights.
WHAT ITEMS CAN I RETURN?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
- Your order must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
- It must be in the same condition as received, undamaged, unwashed and unaltered.
- Items with markings or other stains (such as deodorant) will not be accepted.
- Most of our items do not come with tags so please do not be alarmed, however, if tags were attached when you received the item please keep them attached.
- If your return is denied, then you will be notified via email and it will be returned to you shortly after.
Free gifts or discounted items of 40% of more are not returnable!
ARE THERE CHARGES FOR RETURNS?
- The customer is responsible for the return cost
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied through original method of payment, within 10 working days.
